And that is why I seldom visit here any more.  I have a subscription to G&A, and that's enough for me.  Maybe I'll visit again next year.  BTW, here's what I get:

In what exact manner was I bitching?

I notified our Moderators of my problem posting on the message board by  posting on the message board, when able, and it seems some others have had similar difficulties.

I also checked if this had occurred before, which it had with a problematic outcome.

After the incident with the avatar corruption I thought it was something that should be mentioned.

Would you like to elaborate on your  "so that we can bitch about it"?

Not to worry. That's just the BATFE, FBI, CIA, HOMEBOY SECURITY (HOMELAND SECURITY), and some other government alphabet soup data mining to see if they can find something to warrant  an arrest warrant. :D

For your protection. All customers will be crowded through one solitary access point. All other doors are closed for emergency exit only.

You're supposed to wait behind the tape. Even though there's no sign indicating that. Reason? We have to take your temperature first.  I ask, why can't I wait right here. Because we have to take your temperature. I stand fast, implying my refusal to move.

This was my morning vist to walmat vision to pick up my eye glasses.

Look, I'll wear a mask, try to social distance, and attempt to cooperate with reasonable precautions. I absolutely will not meekly submit to ridiculousness.

So I get my glasses. The attendant was apparently so flustered with my obstinate demeanor, she never did take my temperature.

Hey maybe I just don't get it??? Maybe that tape is a good barrier against the spread of disease??? Maybe crowding everyone together makes perfect sense???

    I don't think so.

Been sleeping in my recliner lately. No matter what I try (pillows, foam wedges) I wake up in the middle of the night with numb arms and stiff neck. My arms go numb while driving to work in the morning.

Only thing that keeps me from rolling on my side (and on arms) is sleeping in chair.

So today wife and I got a new split king bed with power adj base. Hope it works because it cost an arm and a leg......

Our last bed was 10 years old so it was probably due anyway

I've been combating the same for the past few years. I have no idea what the cause is, but its beyond aggravating. And we just spent 1800 on a new mattress, albeit nothing fancy like you got but it didn't help.

One should NEVER share pictures of one's beauty treatments! Spoils the mystique...

My mother used henna------I used to get scared out of the house at 7 years old.   :'(

Every time Zorba says henna I'm reminded of the Three Stooges running a beauty parlor in the Old West. A woman comes in and can't decide on the color, and Moe says, "Henna color will do." They give her the works and most all of her hair falls out. Hilarious! :D Love the Three Stooges! :D

There's actually some truth to that - if you henna hair that has previously been colored with chemical treatments - OR VICE VERSA - strange and wonderful things *can* happen, depending on what chemicals were used. You can get strange colors, such as "Frog Butt Green", "Bozo the Clown Orange", "Swamp Bottom Black", or my favorite - "Goat Vomit Yellow"! Or you can get an acid/base reaction that will melt the hair! Best to test on hair harvested from your hairbrush before "mixing the streams" so to speak.

I used to work with an Indian woman who wanted the raven-like highlights that you get when you put plum henna on black hair.  She made a fatal error when she miscalculated the amount of gray in her hair -- way more than she thought she had -- so instead of raven sheen, she got very purple hair!  And this was way back before purple hair was a thing!  Oh, my!
