From the news that I have heard after they were shot the bystanders were cheering. I can't see any circumstance where I would cheer someone being shot, I might believe it was justified but I still wouldn't cheer. We are supposed to make changes for these people but I don't know how that is possible. These people are sick.

Hopefully. The perpetrator will be permanently removed from civil society.

A small handful of people represent no one except themselves.

I think reward is now over $300k. The videos of the folks at the scene and at the hospital are disgusting.
