Right after she put her head on my shoulder.
We had a fun day from about 730-1130 we pushed fields but came up empty. She got 2 flushes, one she put up in rifle range and the other was the gun bearers fault.
It's boring, and your lack of creativity knows no bounds.

I love a good dog, even when they're someone else's good dog. One of my favorite co-workers from my LGS days in the '90's was a Korean War vet who was such a dedicated bird hunter that he timed his knee replacement surgery so he wouldn't miss the dove opener. He once came by the store on his day off to show us what he'd been up to. In the back of his pickup we got to witness a limit of dead chukar and one totally exhausted black lab that was the true hero of the day. Priceless for me, and I wasn't even out there with 'em.
