Here's the gear list. NO guns, steel traps, lures, rods/reels, no cable snares, only 25 single hooks, or 8 treblehooks, only  60 sq ft of 1.5" mesh netting can be taken. At most 80m of paracord is allowed. You get a lot of clothing, a couple of tarps, etc, given to you. You can pick 10 more items from a list of about 50 items. Food rations are limited to 2, and they are 2 lbs each.  There's a list of foods that you can choose from.  What items would you take? So far, nobody has had a clue, 7 seasons and all  have won by being lucky and/or fat. 68 of the 70 have just starved. Two got lucky and arrowed a big critter.and they were starving for a month before they were able to do so. They all took a week too long to make a shelter and then wasted 2 hours per day, on average, cutting, hauling and processing wood, all of it unnecessary, if they'd known what gear to take and what to do, in what order
