Ruger M77, MK II Trigger

Was in the process of installing a Timney Trigger kit and got in over my head. Timney trigger is taller than the stock trigger, and requires some careful metal relief so the safety can engage. Did some Dremel work and took too much metal off leaving so it can fire when safety is engaged. OK...lesson learned . . have to buy new kit. My problem(s) (1) Safety is frozen in "Fire" position (2) Bolt is frozen in down and locked position and can't be raised to cock and remove.  Help!

I actually have one of those at the shop at the moment but can't remember the setup off the top of my head. Can you remove the trigger assembly so that you can get the bolt out to start over?
