I have a original 1865 striped barreled action SN 13xxx , no internal/external parts, butt and fore end stock, and complete working magazine. Cal .56-56  VG bore & rifling.

Anyone have any idea what the parts are worth ??

Log on to gunparts.  Even if they don’t have the parts in stock they normally give you a retail price for them

Back about 10 years ago, I could have bought a Spencer rifle for either $300 or $600 I can't remember which.  The rifle was complete, owned by an old plastic surgeon who took it apart and couldn't get back together again.  The barrel was bright and the rifle was in great shape.  But he was old and while rich, I didn't want to screw him on the deal so I turned it down.  He went through a phase where he was buying cowboy guns, new ones.  He had a Dodge Viper (I think that's what they're called, an open sports car.)  So he spent money.  I did the right thing I'm sure.
Concealed carry is for protection, open carry is for attention.

Everything ive found is mostly repo parts and nothing for a barreled action. There is a Co. importing newly made Spencers in 56-56 & 45LC for $2000.00+
