Took effect Saturday  
SB 554 requires firearms be secured with a trigger or cable lock, in a locked container or gun room.
Not unexpected in the people’s republic of Oregon.

    DC had that until Dick Heller took it to the Supreme Court. I'm surprised this disregard for Supreme Court Precident has been allowed to stand.
