    No foolin!

    I was roughly four when the U.S. involvement in Vietnam ended, and I kinda, sorta, barely have vague images of Walter Cronkite and Dan Rather covering that rattling around in my head.

    This guy can say the same about Belleau Wood and Meuse-Argonne.  That's living through A LOT!

    Small world........................earlier today my wife's mother passed away at the ripe old age of 100.  She was not well, and her passing was expected.  She was an army nurse during WWII.  She will be laid to rest alongside her veteran husband in the Los Angeles Veterans' Cemetery.  She had a good life.
