Even if they would have been blanks, he must not value his hearing very much.

    Not my point.

My point being that even without the yet-to-be-explained live round on the set, there's plenty of history WITHIN THE TIME SPAN OF HIS CAREER to educate on why you don't dick around with even blank firing guns.  This is why I'll have a hard time buying any story that starts with "Toolbag didn't know any better"

Bigslug, I have to agree. He's had time and familiarity. I have trouble believing this was an complete accident. Yes he may not have known is was loaded. Any of us would already be in jail.

You wanna be an actor that uses guns on set. Learn them like you should or stop using them.

They already established it was a round of live ammo.  Brandon Lee died because someone fired a squib load which left a bullet lodged in the barrel, THEN someone fired a blank which pushed this bullet out and killed him.

AB by being distraught,  sorry, sympathetic for the family, any supposedly cooperating with police started as an ass that made a horrible mistake.   Then he opened his mouth on TV with a choreographed interview and said he did not aim at anyone and did not pull the trigger.  He then became a blatant liar.  I hope he never works again and the families sue him for everything he has.

He could have taken a horrible incident and became a gun safety advocate.

Being the conspiracy minded person that I am, I still wonder if someone knew of his constant mishandling of firearms on set and put a live round in it knowing it would only be a matter of time. Either way, he's culpable.

Read on the news that a warrant was put out for his cell phone. In other words I learned that if I'm ever involved in a shooting of any sort, I'm destroying my phone before they can call it evidence.

If you have incriminating evidence on your phone……probably a good idea.

I mean, I dont but in that scenario it would be "just incase."

I suppose if someone has developed a Peacemaker that can load itself, cock itself, and fire itself, then the defense could try to pass this off as Skynet's initial autonomous drone strike and shift the blame to a software company. . .
