  I think you mean 141. .32 Remington was their version of the Winchester .32 special!! Chamber in the Model 8/81 semi-auto and 14/141 pump. Good round but ammo will be hard to find.

  What Unertl scope? Some of those old scopes and mounts would be worth that rifle. 

  Aim higher, or get a bigger gun.

  My 141 in 35 Remington, I got this a few years ago at an auction for $125.00 and really enjoy shooting it. So much so that I gave both of my 336 Marlins to my nieces. Price on your example seems optimistic given there is no readily available ammo. Unless of course it is in collector grade condition. 
  oops, kind of overlooked the scope on it. Those don't come cheap these days so might not be priced that bad after all.

   25 rem
  30 rem and 32 rem I think the 32 is the hardest to find.

  Given the availability of brass I’d do it.  As has been mentioned, the scope itself might be worth that $$$.

  J had a Unertl Hawk or some other bird of prey.  Not a collector grade scope about the length of a standard 4x scope.

  Concealed carry is for protection, open carry is for attention.

  How deep in the exotic cartridge pool do you want to dive?  They are nice brush guns, but in anything other than the .35 Rem, you're looking at a reload-only proposition, in the ballistic area of a .30-30.
  
  How the scope is attached is something worth questioning.  I don't THINK any of these were drilled and tapped, so check on that if you're considering a purchase from a collectible standpoint.

  I made a decision that I'm not going to buy it if it was a 35 Rem it would be living in my gun safe right now I'm no longer a walking hunter and sit in a stand or blind both with ranges that a 32 Rem would not be the gun that I would like to have
