Work out news

Yesterday I went to PT to improve my balance.  It was close to 100 degrees in the parking lot.  I got out of my car and began to walk 30 yards or so to the gym.  All of a sudden I felt dizzy.  If I'd had something to hold on to I would have grabbed it, I felt like I was going to fall.  But I didn't.

When I got to the gym, I told the therapist I was dizzy.  He took my BP...it was 90/46, a VERY low number and that explains my light headedness.  As to why it was that low is something I'm going to see my doctor about Monday.  My BP usually runs about 130/75 or so.  I take BP medication and had not eaten that morning.

I worked out a bit but nothing too taxing.  Left early and went home and was sleepy the rest of the day.

My guess would be some dehydration related to the heat

    BP related for sure.
    Don't overlook your iron level.
I just got a blood test and I'm about 1/2 of the low end.  Hopefully getting that addressed will fix some things.
    That's all I got.

Maybe you need to go up a size with the yoga pants ;)
