  Sometimes I gag on larger pills, I need take them with water, and quickly swallow, it is likely psychosomatic reaction in nature.

  After many years of dealing with patients, I think that problem is not so much with the pill or the swallowing apparatus, but originates about 3-4 inches above that area.
  Just my opinion. Yeah, everyone has one. :roll:
